〉Change of Program ($18):

Students are entitled to a free copy of their tuition statement for their last semester of attendance or any semester with an outstanding balance. If a document does not qualify for free printing, a $5 fee will be charged per copy. Payment can be made using any accepted method.

Students who need a duplicate diploma due to loss, theft, or damage must submit a Duplicate Diploma Form along with a $30 payment to the Bursar’s Office (in-person or by mail). A new diploma will be issued by the Office of the Registrar.
〉Equipment Damage/Loss (costs vary, see: ELR):
Borrowers are billed for damages resulting in device loss, including devices returned with major or irreparable damage, or devices not returned within 5 business days of the due date. Minor damages that require repairs will also incur charges.
〉Equipment Returned Late ($25):
A $25 late fee will be applied if loaned devices are not returned on time and undamaged. Late returns may also result in the suspension of borrowing privileges.
〉Late Payment ($15):

Afterward, the student will no longer be allowed to pay by personal check and must use other accepted methods such as money order, teller check, or credit card (online). The student must settle their bill, including the returned check fee, before the first day of classes to avoid Bursar holds or late fees.
