Application Fees

The purpose of the application fee is to help the college or university you are applying to pay for the cost of reviewing your application and making an admissions decision.
All veteran, military personnel and future veteran applicants are eligible to receive a waiver for the CUNY Application Fee.

Commitment Deposit

A down-payment, or ‘commitment deposit’ confirms your decision to enroll at the School of Labor and Urban Studies. All accepted students may be required to submit this non-refundable deposit which will be applied to first semester tuition charges. Students may be exempt from a commitment deposit by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of $3,000 or less. Veterans are also not required to pay a commitment deposit.
