The IT Service Desk is a vital component of the college’s operation responsible for software applications, hardware support, network infrastructure, instructional technologies and information security. We not only provides technical support services to the college community but also initiates technology enhancement projects and implement innovative solutions to improve campus life.

Our mission is to empower the user community to achieve the highest level of academic and administrative success through the effective use of information technologies; facilitate academic innovations in teaching, learning, research and scholarship; and deliver excellent technology services.

We assist with all hardware and software questions, or other issues such as the use of Office 365, student email, access to CUNYFirst, and access to the Graduate Center library.
