FOIL Requests – FOIL Procedures

The City University of New York is committed to transparency and public access to information, including agency reports. The public’s right to many government records is enshrined in the state’s Freedom of Information Law. FOIL(Freedom of Information Law) requests for records maintained by the City University of New York must be submitted in writing to the Records Access Officer. Please be as specific as possible in describing the records you seek. Requests can be delivered in person, mailed, emailed, or submitted online by using the link below.
