Learning & Development

All college employees, whether they be administrators, faculty, or staff of all levels, are the University’s most valuable resource in ensuring the success of our students. By investing in the professional skills, academic knowledge, personal development and cultural proficiency of CUNY employees, we are able to retain trained, knowledgeable, motivated, and engaged employees who then go on to better serve, teach, and lead our students.

The Professional Development and Learning (PDL) Office provides CUNY employees with professional development and training opportunities that are designed to enhance their knowledge, skills, and competencies. By providing these services, CUNY is able to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce that continues to meet the University’s goals. For more information, contact PDL via email at university.training@cuny.edu.
