Faithann Brown is the Director of the Public Service Training Corps (PSTC) at the CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies. As PSTC director, Faithann leads the recruitment, engagement, and career readiness of this new pathway-to-college program, which is generously funded by the New York City Council.

Faithann brings more than 20 years of experience leading student success, academic support, and college access initiatives in public higher education. She has held leadership positions at the Montclair State University Bloomfield College, Rutgers School of Nursing, and Rutgers Business School, where she partnered with faculty, administrators, and community organizations to improve degree completion for undergraduate and graduate students.

Faithann holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School, a Master of Science in Education from CUNY’s own Hunter College, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies and History from Rutgers University. She also holds a professional certificate in Google’s Project Management course.
