The SLU Department of Academic Technology is dedicated to the production and development of digital based learning materials. It functions as the de facto Faculty Computer Lab but is used by many campus constituencies as well. The Ed Tech Center is the campus Blackboard HQ for training and support as well as the location for CUNY Portal identity registration and verification for students, faculty and staff. The mission of the Ed Tech Center is to enlighten and support students, faculty and staff in the use and implementation of technology in the higher education environment.
