Michele Fulves joined us in the Fall 2024 semester. She is an educator, writer, and performer, she loves to make people think. Her MA in Language and Literacy from City College gave her the opportunity to widen her net. For the last 10 years, she’s taught ESOL, the literacy subjects of the GED, college prep, and business writing. As an educator, she gives students a window into what’s possible. As a writer and actor, she shares with her students that we can be many things, singularly and all at once. As a writer and performer, she created two solo shows, Roadside Angels and The Price of Courage. The latter highlights the trajectory of three whistleblowers as they endeavor to speak truth to power. Ms. Fulves is thrilled to be part of the Worker Education team at SLU.
