The IT Service Desk can assist you with all hardware and software questions, or other issues including the use of Office 365, student email, access to CUNYFirst, and access to the Graduate Center library.
SLU’s computer lab is currently closed until further notice. Students who need to borrow a laptop through SLU’sLaptop Loaner Program can pick one up Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9:30am – 6:00pm during the Fall 2020 semester.

The IT Service Desk will support all students, faculty and staff remotely until further notice. On-campus support is by appointment only.
ON-CAMPUS support is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am-6pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Remote support is available Monday through Thursday from 8:30am-10pm and Friday from 8:30am-6pm.
When you call or email the IT Service Desk, please identify yourself by first and last name, leave a phone number where you can be reached, and provide a detailed description of your issue. Our staff will respond to you in a timely manner.
