The Office of Student Accounts, or Bursar’s Office, is the clearinghouse for all tuition revenue and the gatekeeper of the student’s financial information. The business operations are guided by courteous and efficient support to students, faculty, staff, and external organizations. The Office of Student Accounts is focused on integrity, accountability, and enforcing appropriate fiscal practices throughout the campus community. The department includes:

Bursar Operations
Student billing and payments
Payment plans
Refunds and direct deposit
Taxes (IRS Form 1098-T)
Third-Party billing and payments –

Administers College scholarships and stipends

Faculty and Staff Services
Campus depository (i.e., Auxiliary Corporation, Student Services, and Foundation)
Delivery of paychecks and stubs

Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.  Schedule subject to vary during holidays at which time the College is closed**

**CUNY SLU will be observing a modified summer schedule starting June 21 and ending August 13, 2021. This consists of a workweek 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Thursday and closed on Friday. Please Note: The College is closed each Friday during this period, except for the week of July 5: Closed Mon 7/5 and open Tues 7/6 – Fri 7/9**

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Office of Student Accounts is working on a remote schedule. The remote office is designed to serve students with minimal interruption by continuing to deliver high-quality services.

–In-person consultations/payments cannot be honored at this time
–Online payments are strongly recommended
–Checks and money orders mailed to the College are held for processing each month – please expect delays
