IT Service Desk
Our mission is to provide a high level of service unequal by anyone and to deliver the highest level of customer service.

SLU’s computer lab is currently closed until further notice. Students who need to borrow a laptop through SLU’s Laptop Loaner Program can pick one up Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9:30am – 6:00pm during the Fall 2020 semester.

IT Service desk will be supporting all Staff, Faculty and Students remotely.
On-Site support is only Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9:30am – 6:30pm by appointment only. The campus is closed outside of these hours.
Remote support is available Monday – Friday 8:30am – 9pm. Staff can be reached by either calling (646) 313-8440 or by Email @ IThelpdesk@slu.cuny.edu for all support needs while the campus is closed.

When you email, call or create a ticket please identify yourself clearly with first and last name, a phone number where you can be reached and detailed description of your issue. Our staff will answer your ticket in a timely manner.
