IT Service Desk

The SLU Service Desk is located on the 18th floor through the glass doors by the elevator bank.
SLU’s computer lab is currently closed. The technical support team is on campus each Wednesday from 12-2pm starting April 1. Students who need to borrow a laptop through SLU’s Laptop Loaner Program can pick one up at those times. IT Service desk will be opened to support all Staff, Faculty and Students remotely from 8 AM – 9 PM Monday – Thursday and 8AM – 5 PM on Fridays. The IT Staff will be on Site on Tuesday 3/24 from 12 -2 to provide laptops for students and assist with any other needs. Starting Wednesday April 1 Staff will be on site from 12 – 2 until the end of April. Computer Labs will be closed during these hours.

When you email, call or create a ticket please identify yourself clearly with first and last name, a phone number where you can be reached and detailed description of your issue. Our staff will answer your ticket in a timely manner.
