IT Support

IT Service Desk can be reached by calling 646-313-8440 or by emailing ITHelpdesk@SLU.CUNY.EDU for all Hardware and Software questions or issues including the use of Office 365, Student Email, GC Library Access, CUNYFirst access issues or others.

SLU’s computer lab is currently closed until further notice.  Students who need to borrow a laptop through SLU’s Laptop Loaner Program can pick one up Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9:30am – 6:00pm during the Fall 2020 semester.

Operating hours:

IT Service desk will be supporting all Staff, Faculty and Students remotely.

On-Site support is only Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9:30am – 6pm by appointment only. The campus is closed outside of these hours.

Remote support is available to Monday-Thursday: 8:30am  – 10pm and Friday is 8:30am – 6:00pm.

When you email, call or create a ticket please identify yourself clearly with first and last name, a phone number where you can be reached and detailed description of your issue.  Our staff will answer your ticket in a timely manner.
